What is Positive Selfishness?

Positive Selfishness (PS) is a combination of clarity, intention and consciousness. Being Positively Selfish means prioritizing yourself and needs so that you can be present and available to your larger purpose. You can think about it as putting on your own oxygen mask first. Being Positively Selfish means you are aware of your desires and needs, you clearly articulate them and allow yourself to be radically supported. Being Positively Selfish means being clear on your values and priorities, and living in alignment with them. Positive Selfishness means seeing the value of things with curiosity, resulting in reflection and introspection. Positive Selfishness holds space to love and honor the selfish one inside of you, there is freedom of judgement around being selfish
